Returns & Cancellation

You might start return of Items inside the timetables and according to the terms specified under Annexure A (refer to the table provided at the end of this Policy) of this policy. We would acknowledge the solicitation for return of such Item dependent upon the particulars of this Arrangement. Ecoupe will not deal with return on the off chance that you have submitted the request for an off-base Item model, variety, or wrong Item. All returned items must be in new unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Some items, such as perishable goods and intimate or sanitary items, may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ecoupe.in within the designated return period. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photos if applicable. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, based on your preference and the availability of the requested replacement item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene reasons, or other restrictions imposed by law. These may include opened or used items, downloadable digital products, gift cards, and final sale/clearance items. On-returnable items will be clearly indicated in the product description.

  • The items in this category cannot be returned because they are related to personal hygiene, care, wellness, and are intended for one-time use. Nevertheless, in the rare occurrence that you encounter any issues with regards to receiving the incorrect Product, its quality, freshness, or physical state
  • Raising a request for refund beyond 24 hours of order delivery will result in your refund request being rejected
